The description for my posts is unique, but I often have the same words in the title of the post, maybe even two words are the same in several posts, but most of the title is unique, but there are similar words.
I inserted all these titles into text.ru
And I got 64% spamming, and then there is a question, spamming in the title somehow affects the search

Of course it does. Try not to use the key in the title more than 2 times. And in the text there are 2-3 occurrences per 1k characters.
