Does the projector hurt your eyesight?

Hello! I had a 42 inch lg TV at a distance of 3.8 meters from my eyes, I’ll watch a maximum of half an hour (while I’m eating) and leave it, if I watched for 2 hours, then my eyes hurt already quite tired.
I am a coder and I sit at a PC 5-8 hours a day (the eyes do not get tired from the PC at all, almost zero fatigue).
I installed a projector (3500 ansi) and first a reflective screen (later I hung a training cloth), you can look at the reflector during the day as it is bright, but my eyes are tired, I noticed that every evening my eyes are tired. I hung up the fabric, you waited a day and a half for your eyes to fully recover, and looked for 100 minutes, I feel my eyes are tired.
Maybe someone has experience, tell me, if every day you watch the projector for 2-3 hours a day, then you can say goodbye to your eyes?
I myself am 60% inclined to drive and return the projector and hang the TV back.
