Does the offer on the website of the freelancer-phys. faces?

There is a detailed order form on the site from scratch. It is too early to open an individual entrepreneur, but there are clients. You need to identify your rights and the rights of the client. Therefore, I want to add an offer to the site so that when placing an order, the client agrees to its terms. Will such an offer be legally binding?

An offer is the same contract, only its acceptance occurs at the time of payment.
If you work without prepayment, the presence / absence of a link to this offer is equal to the presence / absence of a video about cats on the page with your order form.
PS: conversion from a cat video can be higher than from an offer :-)

Do not waste your energy, the client accepts the contract, throws you, you sue, win and ..... get nothing

Illegal business activity is punishable by a fine. Therefore, any legal manipulations in the non-legal sector are illegal. Open IP.

It is highly desirable to include a link to the offer in the invoice for payment.
