Does the new Opera have a mode for displaying cached images?

The classic Opera had the ability to quickly switch between three modes of displaying images:
show, do not show, show only cached ones.
The new one does not see any such setting, nor the ability to put your own button on the navigation bar.
Does it have such a mode? If yes, how to enable?
If it was thrown out of Opera, is there an extension for Opera or Google Chrome with such functionality?
I know about ImgLikeOpera, but it's only for Firefox.
Browser manufacturers have decided that no one else goes to the Internet from ordinary computers via GPRS?

In the new opera, you can only enable / disable the display of pictures. Download version 12 - it's quite suitable for surfing.
