Does the employer provide licensed programs to its employees in game development?

For example, I want to get a job as a 3D modeler / animator in some kind of game development company. Everywhere, when looking for a job, experience in Maya / 3ds Max / Cinema 4d is required, I have experience in Maya, for example, but I got it in an educational / pirated version and I don’t have a license, if they take me to work in an office, should I have a license or will I be given a working computer with the necessary programs?

Depends on the employer
Normal - provides, of course. Some can even purchase a license depending on the preferences of the employee, others have regular software that they provide to work on.

I will add to everyone - no one will oblige you to work on "their" license. If you are offered to solve the problem of licensing at your own expense - run.
