Does the development of games on UNITY for Android and PC differ?

Recently I came across UNITY3DSCHOOL. It seems to me that the site is pretty good, but its courses are specialized in developing games for android . I would like to learn how to create on a PC . That's the question itself: is there a big difference between game development on Android and PC ( directly on the UNITY 3D engine )?
PS If you took courses at this school, can you also say - did they help you in some way? Or is this another under-course?

It’s better to pay me, I’ll explain everything to you much better as a mentor)) and paying for something that is free on the Internet, as for me, is stupidity. Doesn't differ much. Android has more crap with optimization, it's easy to shoot yourself in the foot.
