Does the debian kernel support hwe?

In general, I recently encountered the problem that HW transcdoin does not work. I'm using Debian 9.11 pro with an E-1275v6 processor that has an iGPU.
I know that there is a special kernel for ubuntu, aka linux-generic-hwe, but what about Debian? Now I use custom - xanmod
