Does the browser constantly launch once in one period of time?

In general, the essence is this, I downloaded some program or a virus that launches the browser once at a certain time, the browser is the one that is selected by default, I downloaded an anti-virus program like bytefence anti-malware, so it means I found viruses that do this, such as delete , but in fact they also remain, I don’t even know what criteria to look for them? what to write in the search for files? Or what program would you recommend to solve this problem? Or maybe write a script for a solution, but by what criteria to look for these same launchers?

First, check not with an antivirus, but with a normal utility, for example, from Kaspersky, free devbuilds.kaspersky-labs.com/devbuilds/KVRT/latest...
Secondly, check the task scheduler (look in the control panel), most often all this startup stuff lives there.

well, you're a cool guy.
downloaded a virus,
then you ask for advice
but do not specify the operating system (and in different OS this is all different)
