Does the automatic feed in Google Merchant work? I don't have it in my account, why is that?

On the screen there is a section "Add products automatically based on data from the site". Screenshot from the manual. I can’t find this section in the service - it doesn’t exist)

Can someone tell me which way to dig? For what reason?

PS The schema.org markup is configured correctly on the site, acc. with service requirements.
At this stage, you need to create a feed.
