Does symphony 2 have a test data generator, and if not, in which directory should the script be placed?

I want to make a test data generator.
For initial filling with data.
Using for example
https://github.com/fzaninotto/Faker
1) But I have been working with symphony relatively recently, are there already such generators there?
2) If not, then in which folder is it better to put the php script so as not to violate the conventions.
