Does Sendgrid have a free package?

I can not understand. I don't see on the official site whether they provide free emails (even if a little) or not?
The fact is that on Heroku, if you connect their addon, then it is written there seems to be 10k letters per month.

There is a free plan. Previously, you could send 12k emails a month for free. But now the site says that on a free plan you can send 40,000 letters in the first month. When the month ends, you can continue to send 100 letters a day for free.
As a heroku addon, they may have other free conditions. But, most likely, they simply did not update the information.
