Does Russian managed-hosting with Parse Server exist? or at least with nodejs+mongodb?

Parse.com, as you know, is closed and almost the entire infrastructure has been released into the source code.
In the West, a set of managed-hostings has appeared for this (when they set up and back up mongo for you and monitor performance, and so on), a very incomplete list - in Is there a real alternative to Parse?
Are there any (with Parse Server or at least nodejs + mongo) but in Russia and at the same time to answer the question "do you store personal data in Russia?" I could honestly answer - yes, on the hosting company X
I certainly understand that there is an option to take a VPS / Dedik and raise everything on your own, but still - are there managed solutions?
Scorocode, if something is not, full compatibility with Parse client SDKs is needed
