Does pirated music software get burned when released to production?

If you use music/sounds from a pirated Logic Pro in a game/software, will it be fired when the game/software is released in the AppStore? Or software for music (the same Logic or FL Studio) does not fire at all (it seems to me that something should be written in the output files, if it's bad)?

You can take and recode with third-party software with a decrease in bitrate. Any tags will be filtered out accurately. At the expense of possible watermarks: Thin watermarks, imperceptible to the ear, will inevitably be damaged when the bitrate is lowered and will not be able to be read correctly, that is, reliable identification will become impossible. If we imagine such large watermarks that, with a significant decrease in the bitrate, could retain exactly their checksum (a prerequisite for correct reading), then they would definitely be noticeable by ear and would significantly spoil the composition.

Sometimes it writes its tags to a file.
For example, some of the sounds in Windows XP or Vista were created using unlicensed software and users discovered this.
