method has stopped working and returns what they say is an invalid token. In popular applications (more precisely, in one, Kate Mobile), it also does not work. Wondered why? I decided to test it on one of my applications. Does not work. Then I decided to try any other method from the account group , the effect is the same. I was also convinced by the example of Kate Mobile (that, for example, the password change method also stopped working). In VK itself there is not a single office. notifications (except for spam, which is sent to each other by copy-paste). Those. in the VK groups (news, API, etc.) not a single mention.

I think it was done on purpose.
No matter what big eyeballs succumbed to, no one said about it in official sources.
When everyone starts to panic, VK will write it all off as a bug.
