Does not see the directory when importing, who knows what the problem is?

You seem to have the application in the board folder . Moreover, it is a regular folder, not a module (there is no __init__.py file)
PS The normal basic project configuration looks like this:

---settings.py
---urs.py
---...
-app_dir:
---models.py
---views.py

-manage.py
