Does not recognize PhpStorm functions how to fix?

For some reason PhpStorm 2017.3.4 does not recognize some functions like ksort, parse_str, strpos and offers to create them.
The settings are PHP Language level = 7.2
Who met with a similar problem, how to solve it?

you most likely have a namespace specified, but this function is not in it, use the global one - \ksort
