Does not open php page with RSS feed, what could be the problem?

Hello everyone, I made an RSS output for each user by specifying a link like this
sitename.ru/telegram/kaylos I did it
through Htaccess, the answer was given here on the toaster, they helped me to do this:
RewriteRule ^telegram/([a-zA-Z-_0 -9]*)$ /telegram/tg.php?user=$1 [L,QSA]
I checked everything works on the local server. But as soon as uploaded to the hosting, the page with RSS simply does not open. It just takes and does not open, it does not give any errors. I open a new tab, enter the address for a second, it seems to start loading and everything remains the same new tab. What could be the problem?
