Does ngrok make a big difference?

Does ngrok have a big impact on site loading? Can you trust pagespeed/insights tests when you test them with ngrok? Does it worsen the parameters?

It makes it worse, of course. ngrok adds an uncontrolled number of hops. It's a network, after all.
