Hello. I decided to make a template for mail letters. what's the question. If I link to a stylesheet file on my site, will it download everything from my site?

No. External styles won't work well inside emails.
Use inline styles for emails.
There are a number of solutions that allow you to insert styles from an external file inside a template.
