Does LiveEdit only work with html files?

Hello!
I installed the LiveEdit plugin and the JetBrains IDE Support extension. I instantly see all the changes made in the html file in the browser. But when editing SASS / CSS style sheets, no Live Coding is observed. Can this be fixed?

As I found out , the plugin has a bug and it doesn't work properly in PhpStorm version 10.0.3
