Hello, I'll rephrase my previous question. I have a website and it's mostly static right now, I need to make it fairly reactive, should I use yii to serve something other than the pages themselves, or can I just use its REST capabilities, how to organize all this correctly?

The technology stack is up to you. You need to understand each of them and choose according to your requirements.
Static - this is when your data changes through the editor. If any data is changed using php it is already dynamic.
