through the engines for building stores, from what is being developed in the Russian Federation, Bitrix can be distinguished, well, NopCommerce (for .net). Does anyone have experience with the latter? How does it feel when compared with the functionality of Bitrix7

NopCommerce is completely over the top. All additions to it are not for Russia - payment systems, systems for searching for addresses of points of issue and delivery, you will have to write everything yourself. Understand the English-speaking forums.
For Bitrix, everything is also in Russian.
