if you are an owner - any of the sharpened CMS
Depends on the budget of money and the budget of time.
Fast and cheap - it's a turnkey solution. If it fits your needs.
The framework is long and expensive, but individually tailored to the task.
For the vast majority of online stores, ready-made solutions are suitable.
But there are exceptions that need a unique solution and are willing to pay for it.
The difference in amount and time is huge.
You can even rent a ready-made online store for a ridiculous 200 rubles per month in 10 minutes.
Unique, even on a framework, but full-fledged at the same time - it will cost you, offhand, 500,000 rubles and half a year of work.
These are different markets, generally speaking.
