Does it make sense to put an SSD on a laptop with such characteristics?

Good afternoon!
So, there is a laptop ... 2-core processor Celeron 2830 with a frequency of 2.16. and RAM 4 GB (integrated video card), HDD 500 GB.
There is an idea to put an SSD (60-120GB) for Win10 OS instead of a drive. With these parameters of the laptop, will you see an increase in performance?

Any laptop will see a performance boost after installing an SSD instead of a conventional HDD.

Of course it will, move the system to an SSD and you will be happy!

In short - it's worth it!
It’s long, very long (but I highly recommend taking a look at least briefly), you can perfectly see it in two videos about SSD and old hardware:
time - https://youtu.be/UOd1a3JgEH4?t=3760 (timecode 1:02:41) , the speed can be immediately set to 1.25 (or 1.5) because the author is still a fan of picking and three or four times (and once I even counted 8 times) the same suck;
and two - where it is already shown how it works on this SSD - https://youtu.be/HHftOgofKCY (again, an hour and a half video, but I'm too lazy to look for the timecode);
Addition: the actual acceleration of the system itself from an SSD is not always necessary and not for everyone, for some (who put it to sleep, and not turn it off) the responsiveness of programs is more important, so only the necessary software (and toys) are installed on the SSD.
