Does it make sense to learn Vue.js 2 and Nuxt2 now?

I started learning Vue.js 3 and plan to learn Nuxt further. Can you please tell me if it makes sense to spend time learning Vue.js2 and Nuxt2? On the one hand, they seem to be outdated, and on the other hand, there is so much code written on them that I would like to understand.

Who told you such nonsense? Study at will. I would become at least for the sake of broadening my horizons.
