Does it make sense to learn Sencha Ext JS in 2020?

There are only 27 vacancies for the entire country on hh. Or is it only in Russia?

IMHO, no.
at one time it was fire.
now they rule React, View, Angular and all that.

It all depends on what you want to specialize in, if on admin panels, internal corporate solutions and similar things, where the emphasis is on functionality, then Ext is the one. In addition, there is a steady foreign demand for it.
