What is the meaning of Linux or macOS for front-end? Show off?
Windows provides 100% everything you need for front-end development.

The answer is simple - a normal terminal, a bunch of unix utilities and bash. Of course, you can put some cygwin / mingw on Windows and rejoice, but still this is not it.

Linux and Macos are not show-offs, but confidence and stability, if you don’t want your computer to pass out just like that. There is no point in learning Linux - all work is the terminal, browsers and applications (IDE)
