Does it make sense to buy this book?

I went to the house of books on Arbat the other day and saw this book: Daley Brad
"Developing Web Applications with Node.js, MongoDB and Angular. A Comprehensive Guide to Using the MEAN Stack" And I'm just trying to rewire my brain from React to Angular. And the 2020 edition. Kind of fresh.

But the inscription on the back of the cover confused me: "Subject of consideration: Angular 2, Angular 4+, Node.js 6+, MongoDB 3+" And now MongoDB 4.2.0 (August 9, 2019); Angular 9.0.7 Node.js

13.11 current

or is the content contained in it hopelessly outdated and it is only good for wiping one place?

Node and Mongo have the same working principles, even with React, even with Angular - this is the server side and it doesn’t care what is used on the front. Therefore, it is better to study node and mongo separately, and separately find modern resources for angular.
On the node, I can recommend Vladilen Minin's course (a little boring, but there is a lot of useful information) and now I'm going through the second course "Node.js API Masterclass With Express & MongoDB" on Udemy, but it's in English
Taking into account that there will always be a JS framework on the front - You can immediately skip Vladilen's course and go to the second one. But for the sake of perspective, I recommend both.
I also read the book on the node from Ethan Brown, but there, too, express is outdated and JS itself is outdated
