Does it make sense NOT to use Bootstrap?
Since Bootstrap is so convenient, fast to type with it, and generally so cool, why don't some people use it? Because it has flaws or then to "show the skill in CSS"? (There is simply no talk of using Bootstrap in projects that do not need it)

in order to be able to use the bootstrap - the layout must be drawn under the bootstrap. if the layout is drawn without its grid, there is no sense in using bootstrap. then you will have to make your own mesh anyway.
and then the question arises - what for do I need a bootstrap, if I even made my grid.
and if you don’t use any navbars, dropdowns and bootstrap modals, then for sure the bootstrap becomes just an extra bunch of files that are connected and not used for some reason.
Мое личное мнение: применяй Bootstrap в тех проектах где это необходимо. Можешь обойтись - обходись, но помехой он тебе как начинающему не станет, даже наоборот.
If you need to reduce the weight of the page (still relevant for mobile versions of the site, because mobile Internet is not fast, and traffic is sometimes important).
If the layout is non-standard and there are no hints of the bootstrap grid or its elements, then it is of no use.
Bootstrap is soup from a bouillon cube and tea from a bag - fast, convenient, but hardly good.
