Does it make sense for a beginner coder to start using SASS?

Actually a question.
Does it make sense to learn SASS and start using it for a beginner coder? Will there be any sense from this and simplification of work if I do not deal with large-scale projects, or is it just a waste of time and only complicating life?)

If the amount of layout is more than one page, then it is worth using (in conjunction with Gulp).

If you are confident in CSS, you understand what is there, how and why - there will be pluses even on small projects. Gather your collection of mixins and go.

If more than 20-30 lines of CSS, that is.
