Does it have to be meta when returning a response in Rest?
Actually the question is in the title. For example, my endpoint returns some information, is it necessary to make another meta section in the response? I see it in many endpoints in the system, but there is mostly not very necessary data, for example server_time (although someone may need it, if you need it, then tell me why :))

in the concept of REST, this information should not be. Well, except in the headlines and even that is not a fact. REST operates only on the state of system objects
