Does everyone's GitHub lag?

For about 3 days, the Github site has been mercilessly buggy.
It is loaded two times on the third, just the twist is spinning and that's it.
And if it does load, it may lose styles or pictures along the way.
Sometimes it loads normally, and then again all over again.
Is this the case for everyone or just me?

RosKomPozor banned CDN servers from github. Now styles do not reach Russia. Either use a VPN, or let's develop a git http://letopis.rf
