Does Clang come with a ready-made set of headers?

I want to make clang and Code::Blocks friends.
Clang already comes with headers, like with MinGW-iostream, windows.h, etc.?

Clang on Windows uses the library you provide it with. On Windows, the Microsoft standard library that comes with Visual Studio is recommended.
