Let's say I'm a developer from Ukraine. Do I need to register a legal entity in order to conclude an agreement with Chillingo? Share your experience. Thank you!

You first sell your idea to chiliks, and only then bother with legal issues.
Otherwise, they like to register a legal entity, rent an office, choose a secretary at the casting, and then think about what to do :)
