Does c# have an analogue of npm?

I want to play with .net core + ide from jetbrains but can't google anything about package managers and c# repositories. is there an equivalent of npm for c#?

nuget, but it still has more packages for c #, if you need js packages for the frontend, then npm easily integrates with ASP.Net projects
