Does Bitrix have free tests for obtaining a developer certificate?

Hello!
I only pay attention to the issue of developing sites on CMS Bitrix. The management said that you need to learn certificates and be sure to have a developer. They don’t really know what kind of certificates they are, since they are not IT people.
I began to understand the issue and found that there are 2 developer certificates and both of them seem to be paid. I know that there are tests for the Administrator and the Content Manager, while I'm now interested in the developer's certificate.
Please tell me if I understand correctly that there are exactly 2 developer certificates and both of them are paid. Just one friend told me that there is also some kind of free one, I did not find it on the Bitrix website. So does he exist or not?
