I use Laravel 4, while everything suits me (unlike Yii and Zend, which I used to work with).
In any case, you need to specify what exactly is your priority - community, speed, functionality, convenience (this point should also be clarified). Otherwise, it looks like another question from the series “which language is cooler, assembly or html?” =)
