Does anyone know the sponsors/funds that support the projects?

There are ideas, small developments, but there are no funds with which it will be possible to attract other specialists.

There is a Fund for the Development of Internet Initiatives, but the reality is harsh - until you have at least a small number of clients and do not generate even a small, but income, you have not fallen anywhere.
Perhaps the exception will be some really innovative project.

Google the tag "Venture funds". There are quite a few of them. These are sets of wealthy peasants who are ready to invest in innovation for a share (usually not bad). Actually, in order to interest such people, you need to splash saliva with burning eyes on your business plan (which should be on hand) and preferably also on a presentation in which you must mention that in 5 years your project will bring several sour fruits a month.
But it is better to approach this question when you have a prototype of your project, so that there is something to demonstrate. Or better yet, just don't go :)
Above, a person wrote about FRII. This is a pretty good place, they give a basic investment of 800 tr. , they put you in their coworking on Kurskaya for 3 months and for 3 months they push you in every possible way, scold and advise you. They also have a so-called "pre-accelerator" - there you fill out a large questionnaire and then you can ask pundits in 3 areas how best to proceed.

Build mvp and test for target audience. Try to sell already in this form. If there is no interest in the product, then this is a reason to think. It will probably save you a lot of time and money.
