Does anyone know of a good online Python course from scratch?

I ask you to suggest good online courses on Python from scratch. I appeal to those who completed such courses in the last couple of years, I have no development experience.

Either a person is able to learn from textbooks, or he is not able to be a programmer.

There are no good courses. Because it would be a course for 5 years, because it would take a long time to chew on many of the nuances that can be stated in a paragraph of the book. Therefore Sergey and other colleagues recommend the book to you.
Take any convenient tablet with a larger diagonal, upload pdf books there and read, trying and working through examples from there on your computer. It is convenient to work out either in jupyter notebook or in pycharm.
If you work hard, in six months or a year you will reach a good level of understanding of python.
True, this is only the beginning ... it's like an ABC. Then it will be necessary either to study the web and frameworks, or mathematics (and it’s better to start with it, probably).

Pitontutor. I myself teach python there, everything suits me. Before each block of tasks there is a theory that you can open and read at any time, and after each completed task you can see how the project developers did this task and how other people did it.

One does not cancel the other. Tutorials are good, but there are also excellent video courses.
https://www.coursera.org/specializations/python - this one is good and not expensive.
https://www.youtube.com/c/%D0%A2%D0%B8%D0%BC%D0%BE... - from free and in Russian - Khiryanov, of course, but don't take his paid courses I advise - apparently, the publisher was in a hurry.

Previously, he was an opponent of courses, like many of those present. But I really liked the EasyUM courses, they have a separate Python for data analysis and web development. Here you can look, I'll attach
it.easyum.ru/courses/python-web-development/ - for web development
it.easyum.ru/courses/python-data-science/ - for data analysis
