They don't have anything. Their site then works every other time, what kind of API is there.
There are only RSS feeds, on their basis I created a personal bot for monitoring new projects: https://www.fl.ru/rss/all.xml?subcategory=172&cate...
You can substitute categories and subcategories as you like.

There is no API, but I wrote a bot that, through CURL, parses projects into my cart and CRM. There I can respond to the project in the cart. Well, the status movement is automated (Submitted a request, Discussion, Selected by the executor, In work, Project completed)
