Does anyone know how to make skype notify every message?

After some of the updates, the notification mechanism has changed. In recent dialogs, messages may appear without any sounds or pop-ups. This is particularly infuriating, and you have to periodically review all the dialogues in search of new replicas.
Quick googling didn't help. Has anyone experienced this before and perhaps solved the problem?

If I'm not mistaken, the notification appears on the first message in the dialog.
like,
- hello
- how are you
in the pop-up will be "- hello", the number of messages will be 2 on the skype icon.
sound is on all messages.
Win764 / skype removed from panel (minimized to tray)
