Does anyone know how to implement oai-pmh on a website?

Good afternoon. There was a need to implement oai-pmh, but I can not find normal Russian-language documentation. Some streamlined abstract descriptions. From the scraps, I realized that in order to transfer information using this protocol, the path / oai should be added to the link, followed by a certain set of specific get parameters that output different versions of the xml file for each material (although it may have confused something). But nowhere can I find a list of these parameters, and indeed at least a less sane description. Maybe someone knows where to find a detailed practical guide, or some other advice will help? I found a php module on github, but, judging by the description, it is for reading tags from other sites, and not for my own. Maybe someone knows a ready-made solution?
