Does anyone know anything about CMS BioEngine and how do you convince a client to change CMS?

Received a site for revision from a client. And I ran into a very strange CMS there, the Internet seems to know nothing about it. The only thing I found is the repository https://github.com/BioWareRu/BioEngine , but there is something completely different. The
logo in the admin panel is like this.

What do you think it could be? What kind of self-written project for yourself?
And, very interesting, how do you motivate a client to switch to normal CMS like WP?

Most likely crap, perhaps from previous developers. At my first job, all sites were made on a self-written CMS. Then, after the dismissal, after a couple of years, it became interesting what they had there - and it would be better not to open it, such a corner ...
And it’s easy to argue: with a ruble. Say that while you understand this y, you could perform all the tasks of the client on the same WP, and in the future this difference will only be greater. The cost of finding and changing specialists at the client will also grow, so change the CMS now, while those. debt is relatively small, a reasonable choice.

I don’t convince in any way, because the client doesn’t care what cms , it’s important for him to have a convenient admin panel and the ability to add what he needs, and what’s inside, Bitrix or WordPress, it doesn’t matter.
