Does anyone know a like/dislike service or script with the ability to comment?

Greetings!
There is an extensive knowledge base on the product (made on Bitrix). New articles are constantly added to it, but the guys who write them need feedback in order to understand what to look for.
To do this, about a year ago, we installed the LikeBtn.com service on the site - through it we display the "like / dislike" buttons. When you click on one or the other option, a message pops up to the user, they say, if something is wrong, write letters to e-mail such and such.
The problem is that there are a lot of dislikes, and there are no letters describing why the article was not liked at all.
I really want that when you click "Dislike" a feedback form pops up in which the client could write what is wrong.
Does anyone know of a similar service? Or at least tell you where to dig?
Because I don’t really want to waste the developer’s time on such garbage, it’s cheaper to buy a ready-made version.
