Does anyone have Motorola Atrix 4g for parts? RESOLVED

Good time of the day!
I already wrote in my topic that I made a mistake, and many wrote that their atrixes died.
I would like to ask if you have an atrix for spare parts? Since it is difficult for me to get the right spare part.
The following phones will also suit me:
New SonyEricsson models using the same radio channel cards ( TQM7M5013 + Sky ):

LT18_Xperia Arc S
LT15_Xperia Arc
MK16_Xperia Pro
MT11_Xperia Neo V
MT15_Xperia Neo
R800i Xperia Play ( TQM7M5013 only )
SK17_Xperia Mini Pro
SO-01C
Mini
ST15_Xperia Active
ST18_Xperia Ray
WT19_ Live With Walkman

The radio channel boards consist of:

1. Antena Switch - CXM3558ER
2. Power Amplifier UMTS ( Transmitter for 3G/HSDPA ) SKY77704 (824-849MHz) SKY77705 (880-915MHz) SKY77702 (1850-1910MHz) SKY77701 (1920-1980MHz)
3. Power Amplifier GSM / GPRS / EDGE ( Transmitter for G / E ) TQM7M5013 ( position on the diagram - N2801 )

A little for reference:

WCDMA GSM 850 / 900 / DCS / PCS power amplifier
model TQM7M5013
manufacturer TriQuint Semiconductor (USA)
Dimensions: 5.0 x 5.0 x 1.0 mm

Such power amplifiers are used in many new models, such as HTC Desire HD (A9191), HTC Desire Z (A7272), HTC Vision, T-Mobile G2, T-Mobile G10, Motorola ATRIX 4G, SonyEricsson R800i Xperia play, etc., which have been produced since October 2010, while the number of communicators with new Qualcomm chipsets is constantly increasing. These chipsets are paired with these WCDMA (3G) signal power amplifiers, model TQM7M5013. (previous model TQM7M5012 was used in 65% of all existing communicators)

I did the repair myself, without replacing the part. I put two jumpers, the signal quality almost did not fall. But the battery life has increased by 20 percent

@nochkin

I usually buy dead cell phones on eBay (this is in case no one responds locally).
