Hello. Guys, do not tell me if it is possible to arrange delivery with the
"courier fee" option using the api of the Russian Post. I could not find this in the documentation.

So far, this cannot be done via the API (infa dated September 28, 2021).
If this option is not available in the personal account, then write to your manager to enable it.
