Does anyone have an example of organizing RBAC in yii?

I read this post yiiframework.ru/doc/cookbook/ru/access.rbac.file, it is good, but nothing is said about the use of operations and tasks.
Does anyone have a working example with them. Need to see:
1) How to properly organize conf/auth.php using operations and tasks.
2) How to pass parameters to the business rule for the task in the controller in accessRules().
Or maybe someone will listen briefly to what I'm doing (with examples) and try to explain why my access level is not applied
