Does anyone have a VK web application with the right wall.post?

Hello everybody.
Some time ago, web applications could get wall.post right from VK. Unfortunately, there is no such possibility now, and our business idea requires a backend implementation, and OpenAPI is absolutely not suitable.
Does anyone have a "dead" application with wall.post right?
Not millions, of course, but for quite adequate money we are ready to buy it)
We really hope that someone will respond.
