Does anyone have a Service manual for APC Smart-UPS SURT10000XLI?
Or maybe a disk image? Share.
Did n't find anything here.
UPD:
Replace Battery caught fire on the UPS. Because the battery pack is large, it was decided to save money and replace only non-working batteries, which was done. Now, when the input voltage fails, the UPS holds for 3 minutes and is cut down. And intermittently lights replace battery

It is interesting how non-working ones were identified.
Do you know that combining batteries with different characteristics (old with new) is a disastrous business? That is, the problem should be solved by completely replacing the batteries.
You can already see that half-hearted measures do not lead to anything good. As UPS did not work, it does not work normally. Buy new batteries to the full set, throw away all the old ones.
If new batteries stay in the same bundle with the old ones for some time, the following proverb will begin to operate: "The miser pays twice." We will have to throw away both the old and recently purchased batteries, and buy 32 more new ones.
And be glad that it cost only the purchase of batteries.
This hybrid battery of old and new batteries can swell, warp all the iron and leak. The electrolyte in them is thickened, but for some reason it leaks if the case cracks.
In addition to the open circuit voltage (measured by a tester without load), batteries have internal resistance and capacitance. Usually, a car halogen lamp (from the headlight) is connected to a charged battery (one) - it should burn brightly for a couple of minutes. This means that the internal resistance is normal, and at least some capacitance remains.
