Does anyone have a project template on the latest version of MonoGame?

The problem is the following. I downloaded the latest version of monogame for studio 2013, I create a template project MonoGame Windows Phone 8 Project, so it is immediately non-working - it always starts a blank screen and nothing happens. I found a project template on an old monogame, it works on an emulator, but on devices it always starts with an 800x600 extension. They say they fixed it in the latest version. But I don't know how to upgrade to the latest version.
In general, if someone shares an example of a simple toy on the latest version of monogame (or just a screen with one sprite), I would be very grateful!
